100 stars if I could. I can’t say thank you enough! When my dad got to Ayden I expected the same below average care that he had been receiving at several other facilities. Heartland of Promedica on the Flower Campus and Wolf Creek Lutheran in Holland being the worst. I thought every nursing home was the same. The team at Ayden definitely proved me wrong. The communication was outstanding, anything and everything that I should of been made aware of, I was notified good or bad. I never took my dad any clothes to Ayden because at other facilities they never got him dressed and he had clothes, brand new in the closet. One day I went to see my dad while he was at Ayden and he was dressed in miscellaneous clothes. That warmed my heart so much. The dignity and respect given to my dad, even though he was difficult at times is something that I’ll always love staff for. Ayden has agency nurses that are on the same page as Ayden staffing. I was impressed! You guys keep doing your thing and continue giving exceptional care to families because we really appreciate it. So glad I found you after Wolf Creek put him out. You earned my trust and I would definitely recommend this facility because the care and compassion shown was what him and I needed. I paid attention to everything and I don’t have one bad thing to say. The other residents were happy and well taken care of. Even the ones with debilitating conditions were out in the common area dressed, clean and given attention. I want to thank all staff the environmental specialist, dietary, all nurses, aides, NP, accounting, administrative staff everyone there thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

So far my mother been well taken care of by the nurses and the aides they are very polite and considerate whenever we have a problem they answer with kindness and they try the best to resolve the issue. The building is very clean

Theyre rude as hell

On my way to Work 😍😘

I was there for rehabilitation on my arm from a surgery to remove an infection I was there from October 2 til November 1 until I was sent back to toledo hospital for blood clots in my lungs the staff at holly glen said I didn't have they told me your breathing ok your having a panic attack they would not give me oxygen the paramedics that they finally called when I insisted I couldn't breathe this place is a joke my room also had black mold in it that they said wasn't mold it was mildew there was only a few members of the staff that was good Herlinda my wound care nurse was awesome and my one nurse Monique was good if you have family in here get them out!!!!!

My sister was there in July I found her care below average clothes missing and still not replaced first day for dialysis her transport by Mobile Care was not scheduled and I had to take her and go pick her up because the Nurse failed to make arrangements for her transport. Many times she got sub standard food because no body helped her fill in her menu. Even after I started helping her fill out her menu she didn't get what was circled some time the food was cold,One day all she had was rice a roll and a small dish of fruit for dinner. July 31 2018 HollyGlen failed to send her blanket with her to dialysis even though I posted a note to be sure she had it some days she had no lunch sent with her I spoke to head nurse Gretchen Carpenter about missing cami and it was never replaced also gray sweat pants and underware missing. One morning the Mobile Care driver had to help her this morning tie her shoes and get her phone blanket and helped her put her hoodie on date was 7-28 -18. Her clothes were being put in laundry even though there were signs saying family does laundry. Her phone was switched and her ringer was turned down. One day it took 45 minutes for her to get one Tylenol. Aug 9 2018 I had to help my sister wash up and dress many aides say they were from the some agency. So all in all I was not happy with here care.
