I had the pleasure of attending Glass Peaks' Annual Resident Picnic and meeting many members of their leadership team. It was clear how genuinely the staff cares about their residents and works to create a warm, welcoming community. One of the highlights was seeing the beautiful resident garden, which the residents helped create and were incredibly proud to show off. Their sense of community and engagement was inspiring. Glass Peaks is a wonderful place with compassionate staff and a positive, resident-centered atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Dear Glass Peaks, I am a concerned granddaughter and I am writing to say that I am very disappointed in your facility. My grandmother is staying at this facility and since the beginning, you guys have done nothing but lied. When my grandmother received a tour of your facility, you guys promised her that she would be staying in a big apartment, receive good care, and would make sure that you guys would take care of her diet. However, since day one, you guys broke that promise! It took eleven days for you to fix her sink, and you have not only neglected her but you are putting her health at risk. During the tour, my grandmothers sister in law explained how my grandmother needed to have a low sodium diet and the worker said so herself that she would make sure that they would handle that. But instead of keeping her word, her and the rest of the staff have fully disregarded this promise and keep giving my grandmother food that has lots of sodium. In conclusion, my grandmother has brought concerns about not only her happiness but her own health safety. My family has all agreed that it would be better off to find a much better that will actually deliver what they say. I hope that this facility learns now that if you don't keep your word, then you will not receive any more money and should all feel ashamed for what you have and haven't done. And finally, I really hope and pray to anyone that reads this review to remember to always research before committing.

Sam was a welcoming face to my Uncle Jake and my entire family! The place is organized, well ran, clean, and most of all a place that I feel safe, we feel safe, Uncle Jake feels safe and comfortable!

Although a nice facility on the surface, with some nice staff, do not trust them. They strung me along for almost a year with promises, which turned out to be lies to get more money. As of the end of 2025, I had no apartment, was told to vacate an apartment and get my things out....all this while in the hospital and rehab. I kept in constant contact with the Director of my situation and was assured that there would be an apartment similar to mine ready for me and they would take care of moving my things. When the time came, they "dinged" me saying I did not meet their criteria and told to get my things out. I have no family and no money because of Medicaid money paid to my care facility taking all my income...and I was still in rehab. They are now sending me to collections. How I can pay over $2,000 on my $75/month is yet to be seen. Bottom line.....if you are rich and not on assistance, they will welcome you; if not, don't bother.

My dad is in assisted living. Has lived there for many years. No housekeeping No laundry no garbage collection. No bed changing This place is lame and they charge a fortune for no service

The management team here is horrible! They have no idea what is going on.The Director told me, "How am I supposed to look in on every resident daily." Isn't that what the staff is supposed to do. She is a terrible leader! This place almost killed my mom. The place is not clean. None of the aids are certified. The food isn't edible. They didn't do my mom's laundry for 6 weeks or change her sheets. I had a camera and saw the staff stealing her food that I bought her. I'd find another place if you care about your loved ones! Really tehy deseve no stars!

Unorganized to say the least.

I have found home again. Since losing my husband,I never felt at home, anywhere. The staff and other people that live here, have changed that. From helping me move in,getting me things I needed,to the fabulous food. It feels like home. The food is homemade, and you can tell! The aides are so kind, and often stop in just to ask if I need anything. The free laundry on each floor is a dream. The privacy everyone should have is aotomatic. If you need a nurse, push a button, same with an aide. Julie, and Bridget did not fall short, knowone could have convinced me id ever feel at home again, without my husband. Im home,im safe,im well looked after without anyone being intrusive. I love the cleanliness, the friendliness, the care they serve up. If you have a loved one that needs a bit of help or a lot of help. Call Bridget come take a tour, say hello nothing but smiles waiting for you.
