When touring the facility we found it very clean and everyone was extremely friendly.

A very pleasant surprise. Great tour and great facility. Joe was a great tour guide and residents very friendly.
I saw several places and I wanted to see the place where the guy was moving out.... It was close to where I had my car parked. The local areas are GREAT and showed where the so many fun places.
I toured Hamlet at Chagrin Falls. The individuals I met with were very professional and cordial. They took me on a tour of their facilities and explained thoroughly what would be required financially to be dwelling in their community, as well as their meals and the kind of support and activity going on. The upkeep was very good, and the size of the rooms was good. The dining area was very well-organized and very clean. I saw their library, community meeting area, and activities area.
The aides and nurses are very attentive and sincere. My Mom has been at Hamlet for over 15 years. Questions are always answered quickly and professionally. The nursing team did a great job with Mom during her final days on Hospice Services at Hamlet. My wife and I could not be more appreciative of the care and constant over site that Tish and her team provided to my mom. We wish we could give Hamlet more stars than 5!
