Wonderful facility! The respiratory care is outstanding. My family’s experience has been positive.
Patient complains about it but from my perspective they did an ok job considering other places and the funding for healthcare

My mom stayed here for about a month after a nasty fall, as she was unable to stand, walk, or even sit up on her own. The nurses, therapists and the aides treated her with such dignity and kindness - she developed such a sweet friendship with them (Juliana & Teshaia!! 💕) that a few got teary when she left. The facility is clean, secure and welcoming. It was heartwarming to see the aides and nurses interacting so tenderly with non-verbal or confused residents. From the friendly and helpful women in the business office keeping us informed to the compassionate and optimistic therapists who encouraged her each day, we can't imagine a better place for her to have regained her independence! Your loved one will be in better than just good hands here. S/he will be safe and warm, comfortable, and respected. We cannot thank everyone at Regency enough.
Aids don’t come when u press your light…. They don’t clean patients properly ..they are slow to respond.. and don’t feed breakfast
My mother was here for a 2 week respite stay. The staff was warm, welcoming and did a great job caring for her. As a retired Nursing Home Administrator, I am very aware of providing good care for residents and I would absolutely recommended Regency at Chagrin Falls. Job well done!
My sister recently moved to the Regency after living at another nursing home for a couple of years. The people working at the Regency take good care of my sister, are nice to her and she tells me that the food is good. My impression of the Regency is that the staff are caring people who try to be nice to the residents. I am glad that we found the Regency. Well done.
I picked this facility based on the most recent reviews, but I am not sure what happened between the time of the last review here and when I was there on 8/21-8/22, but I would definitely not recommend this facility. They did not seem to be aware or prepared for my admission and the facility seemed to be in disrepair and understaffed. Their call system (the system where you can push a button to call for a nurse) was inoperable and they gave me a cow bell to ring to get a nurse's attention. For this reason alone, I don't think they should have been accepting new admissions at all.
