3.1 · 58 reviewsVery friendly staff But Why would they allow smoking right out the doors????? My friend went through the Whipple procedure, cancer, had not smoked for 4 months,, then lost his temptation going outside amongst smokers!!!! SO BAD
My mother has been in their care for almost 4 months now. She went in for rehabilitation; not one day of therapy has been completed. She has went backwards in health. Nobody returns calls. Do not recommend this place at all.
Hello I'm writing this to let you know about your facility Point Place Majestic Care. I've been a resident for 15 months and the first half was good but now it's something else. I do not eat their food period it's horrible it wasn't always like that. They also since have taken away my medicine which without it causes severe pain and my psych meds which has caused me to regress back to severe depression, constant crying and anxiety through the roof but obviously they don't care about that. I feel neglected and some of the upper mgmt/staff are horrible, not friendly there's no compassion,…

Hello I'm writing this to let you know about your facility Point Place Majestic Care. I've been a resident for 15 months and the first half was good but now it's something else. I do not eat their food period it's horrible it wasn't always like that. They also since have taken away my medicine which without it causes severe pain and my psych meds which has caused me to regress back to severe depression, constant crying and anxiety through the roof but obviously they don't care about that. I feel neglected and some of the upper mgmt/staff are horrible, not friendly there's no compassion, caring, sympathy or empathy. If I had known it was gonna be like this I would've found something better. I feel like I'm a target for certain things that I'm being harassed getting yelled at for something that wasn't a big deal but no one else was spoken to about the same thing. I've never felt more lonely and depressed than I am right now being in here. Thank you for your time. One other thing the nurse's and aides are amazing but a big shout out to the nurse Kelly for always going above and beyond. That's the only thing that keeps me here because she sees us all as family.

They took care of Woody. Very happy he had great care while there. Lyn extremely pleasant and so helpful. Maureen (Nurse) exceptional care and so kind . She’s is the type of nurse anyone would want. I've been here for 10 months and I've had nothing but good times and memories that I will always cherish. Everyone has been exceptionally wonderful to me and my family and I will be forever grateful for Majestic Care and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone ❤️ 💖
We had a family member there and I was not impressed with 90% of the staff. A big shout out to Bobby. She was one of the caregivers that was very compassionate. She treated our family member with compassion and dignity. Thank you so much for all your compassion, Bobby.
Place is very nasty seen a love one feet was nasty an had a bad odor to them ask for a couple wash clothes an towel to wash them are self then got kick out for that next time went to visit they nurse called the cops on us to leave didn't want to leave a star but would not post without a star
I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door it is a very clean facility and I love the energy Emily the administrator is a very kind person thank you Emily and Stephanie in admissions for doing a great job !!
