We've just started looking at memory centers in the Cincinnati area for mom and dad. We visited this center this week to get an idea; this was our first tour and first time looking at memory centers, this was the very first center we visited. The staff member who attended us was very friendly and provided a lot of great information, answered our questions, and provided a tour of the facility. The facility looked clean, peaceful, organized, and very nicely decorated. It is larger than we expected, and has a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy - all safely enclosed. There are some…

We've just started looking at memory centers in the Cincinnati area for mom and dad. We visited this center this week to get an idea; this was our first tour and first time looking at memory centers, this was the very first center we visited. The staff member who attended us was very friendly and provided a lot of great information, answered our questions, and provided a tour of the facility. The facility looked clean, peaceful, organized, and very nicely decorated. It is larger than we expected, and has a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy - all safely enclosed. There are some renovations taking place, which will add more activities for the residents. It was lunch time, and residents looked well taken care of.

Always offering a helping hand, a smile, and genuine attention to individual needs.The facility is spotless and beautifully maintained, with cozy common areas and outdoor spaces that encourage socializing and relaxation. The nursing care is amazing and the facility is very Clean and cozy!
Our mom is thriving and enjoying friendships again! Stay as busy as you like or quiet time in your room. We can’t thank Holly (sales), Heather (nurse), and Patty (billing) enough for their patience, care and professionalism. If it weren’t for them, we would never have settled our mom in so smoothly. The best compliment is our mom is happy and is living again!!! Mason Assisted Living is what we call “home”!
I’m very pleased with the memory care unit in this facility. My mother is happy and well taken care of. The nurse assistants Emily and Courtney are always helpful and pleasant. The nurses Stevie and Precious are wonderful and do a great job.
