She was willing to apply pressure and get responses where I was hesitant to keep badgering the facility for answers. I’d highly recommend this service for support and assurance that questions get answered.
I moved my family member in about 6-7 months ago and I am truly disappointed my family member said no nurses or caregivers come check on her or take her to go eat. Every staff member I have spoken to has been very rude. I feel bad for my family member that they have to put up with that.
I would rate them a 5 on all. We had a good experience. We also were highly engaged and involved. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

We have been very pleased with a few hiccups , reason for 4 stars and not 5. No place is perfect , we have had some issues with getting his meds on time . I have gotten great response when I spoke with them and they have been good about meeting our needs. Seems like they are short handed sometimes, I think that is everywhere. Overall it has been a good fit . The facility is clean and very appealing.
Great atmosphere! What stood out was the housekeeper Stephanie Parker, she went above and beyond at doing her job. Always offered to do more work that what was needed!
My mom lived at Montage from the age of 102-107. She participated in many different activities and outings over those years. Alli, the activities coordinator always tried to include her and to make sure she was doing ok. She usually sat in the front lobby greeting anyone who came through the front doors.
I had an opportunity to visit Montage Mason I found the staff amazing especially the activities director. She was very patient and caring with the residents. Also I thought that the facility was very clean. These are definitely things I am considering when choosing a facility for my loved one. I definitely give them a 10 out of 10!🥰💚
I think it is an excellent place! The staff and nurses are very good and caring. Also it is very clean.
