Oakleaf Village of Toledo - Sylvania

We have had a wonderful experience with Oakleaf Village. The staff provides excellent care, and there are always great activities available to keep residents engaged and involved. The apartments are very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially want to recognize Dena, who has been incredibly helpful throughout our experience. Her communication has been excellent, and she is always responsive, supportive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my loved one is being well cared for. I highly recommend Oakleaf Village!

Moving in was the best thing we could have done. Mona and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the residents are happy and friendly here. Erin was our tour guide and to this day is our fountain of information. I say fountain because of her bubbly personality. I would recommend Oakleaf Village to everyone. The food is pretty darn good too. The interior decor is very nice as well as the landscaping. Come on out and see for yourself. A beautiful place.

Our family is fortunate to have two Grandmas living at Oakleaf village. Every staff member we have met is kind. The activities, food, facility cleanliness and overall accommodations are excellent.
