When Dad discharged from the hospital in January, I was pleased to find this senior facility close to home with private room and PT/OT services to help Dad's rehabilitation needs and incontinence care. For more than 4 months, I have met many helpful and knowledgeable staff --administration, doctors, nurses, therapists, dietary coordinator, maintenance personnel, aides, chaplain, house keepers, transportation drivers...They have been helping me navigate trough many challenges. I loved to see Dad's smiles when he hit many bulls eyes in OT sessions and when he sincerely said 'thank you' to aides…

The home feel design of each house is very inviting and welcoming. Witnessing how staff and residents mingled and shared many laughters together in the Olympics Day event brought tears in my eyes. Everyone deserves to be happy. A joyful greeting brightens someone's day and uplifts spirit. Thank you for providing elderly people a lovely home away from home!
I’m very happy. I’ve gotten good care while I’m here. Therapy is wonderful. Dr. P is great. The food is tasty. The EA’s are very good. I’ve enjoyed my time here. The nurses have been really amazing.

Everyone is wonderful. The food is so amazing. The therapists are wonderful and it's just a beautiful place and very clean.
I would recommend not putting your loved one in this horrendous place. Although the setting is nice , the staff is terrible in how they treat the residents. They are very mean spirited & dismissive of our concerns when it came to our loved one. We eventually took her out of there. If you're considering this place , I would not trust them with the care of my loved ones.
I think that they can be creative with the food menu. The employees were very friendly. Therapy was very good. Heather helped me a lot. Dr. Parikh was really great. I enjoyed my time here very much. I am going to miss everyone that I have met here.
It has been very rewarding staying at Otterbein in many ways. I've made many friends. When I came in I was not able to walk, I feel like I will be able to walk when I leave here. I love all of the friends I have made since I've been here. If you have any loved ones, I would highly recommend this place.
My stay here has been peaceful. Therapy has been exciting. I love the people; The workers and the friends I have made. This is a good place to get well.
