The staff to resident ratio is crazy. 1 staff member for 20+ residents.
If I could give Plumcreek more than 5 stars I would ever since my grandmother moved there she has been doing great she has had more energy than I have seen she tells me all the time who her favorites are the nurses and aids have been great to my grandmother one of the aids she loves Tierra she talks about all the time how she is always helping her has a great attitude even encourages my grandma and will actually sit and spend time with her I understand most workers don’t have time to do those things so I appreciate it Tierra also has an amazing family that works there they are all so kind I…

Great night shift team !
As soon as I came here to visit my auntie, the owners of plum creek came to me. And as to see my handicap sticker because I was parked in the handicap place. But the way he asked, I like to see it🤨 do you ask who are you here to see? Than he say the name of the person i said I could be seeing somebody else. He said, yes, I done profiling, right? And when I got out of the car to go in, I seen 2 of the cars without the handicap hanging around their car. So why did he profile me.
The facility is very pretty and clean. Large lobby. Staff pleasant.
Our Father has been a resident at Plum Creek Assisted Living for almost 2 years. He lived there with our Sweet Mom until she went to Heaven. We are so happy with the level of care he receives there! From administration to nursing, dietary and activities, housekeeping and maintenance…we cannot express enough how amazing the staff is. I found out recently that I needed some extensive paperwork for my Dad this week…and Kim Kinnon – Executive Director and Emily Fischbach in accounting have been my Angels. They are working with me and have alleviated my stress by their kind demeanors. Plum Creek is so welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. They have become family. Our Dad absolutely loves living there in his little “apartment!” And then there’s Anna. Nurse Anna Horvath treats the residents as her own, always has a smile, and takes wonderful care of everyone. She saved my Dad’s life and we will never be able to sing her praises high enough. We love seeing Carly Figuero at reception on the weekends. She always has a smile and kind words, and a hug when we need it! If you are looking for an Assisted Facility, look no further. I promise you that Plum Creek Assisted Living has everything you are looking for and more!
Caring staff, but the aide/nurse to patient ratios are unsafe; the staff is extremely overworked, and the ratios put residents at risk. One aide can not take care of 27+ residents the way these residents need/deserve to be taken care of. This facility is also not a typical assisted living facility; there are many residents that require extensive care, and it feels much more like a skilled nursing facility with the level of care that is carried out, which makes the ratios even more unsafe.
Rooms are fine. Food is ok. Not enough staff. If complain, you are causing trouble. If they don't agree with you, they make their own set of rules for your family member. Regretted ever putting my family member in this facility.
