I give five stars! One of the top administrators, he goes above and beyond multitasking in all realms to make sure everybody is treated equally. The social workers are amazing. They truly show care and understanding, and together they make this place safe. Dylon, Christa, Georgia, Sandy, Helen… I would name more if I remembered more names. They deserve more than five stars.
Rae Ann of Westlake provided my brother with exceptional care for 15 months. My brother has a lot of health issues especially being a cancer, trach and feeding tube patient. The only reason he left was to be with his son who resides out of state. Rae Ann of Westlake has a very unique care unit for trach and vent patients, their staff is literally available 24/7! The staff is extremely caring, efficient and helpful! Dillion (Facility Director) is very approachable, pleasant and always willing to help in anyway he can. Christa (Social Worker) will address any needs or concerns you have. Debbie…

The following nursing staff members have been absolutely AMAZING and provided excellent care for my brother !! Nurses; Gabbie, Aleah and Megah. Respiratory Nurses; Brian, Fidaa and Anita. Aides: Maya, G, Noel, JJ and Veronica. Transportation: Eric, Norman and Thomas. Receptionist: Mildred. THANK YOU, for what you all do and for the great care you provided to my brother Spencer!!! Sharon Hoyett and Family
A friend of mines mother was sent there. She went to visit her on a Saturday, her mother was in a wheelchair facing the wall! My friend asked them to call a ambulance because her mother was not talking nor acting her normal self! Raeann did not call (for atleast 4 hours +) my friends mother was stroking! This is not even half of the horrible care that my friends mother was given. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Due to numerous ongoing health problems, my beloved husband was a resident patient for 3 years, finally being placed on Sincere Hospice palliative care with Rae-Ann Westlake. The care he received was wonderful. The entire staff from admin to nursing and aides treated him as though he was a member of their families. He was shown compassion and dignity ever
Words can not express how grateful my family is for the personal level of care my Mother received. Staff was prompt and communicative about any changes or new orders. Would highly recommend if you are looking for great care for your loved one.
Dreadful place!! This place needs to be reported for elder neglect and abuse among many other issues. They lie to them and the loved ones. If the patients don’t have their own cell phones. There’s no way to speak with them. They have blatantly ignore the patients health!! There’s a patient there that was supposed to get a biopsy to check for cancer! It’s been 5!! Months and they haven’t followed up with it or other health issues and they haven’t been told and told and had records sent to them! Don’t put anyone you care for here!! Please please oh and they take their SS any allot them 50$ a month. But! They don’t give them the money! And don’t get them anything they need!! They also make the men all use the same razor!!! And do not take them to get groomed! I’d like to see some agency send a dementia patient in there undercover to see just how evil most of the workers are! They also steal clothes from the patients! And claim they never seen such an item or use the excuse that all laundry is washed together and gets mixed up. But when someone literally has 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants for a month! Something isn’t right!
Don't answer call lights. When they do answer call lights they come in turn them off and say someone will be with you several times and then forget Aides and nurses stand around and talk and laugh while call lights go unanswered overworked staff I need to have blood drawn every week. I was in the process of getting dressed and had no clothes on The person who was to draw the blood just walked right in like she was entitled and wanted draw my blood regardless. She got upset in addition a nurse whose name starts with M defended the blood drawer and I wasn't given a chance to get dressed. They treated me with no privacy Iike it didn't matter when they had other Alternatives. The door was shut isn't that for privacy but I guess for some people it doesn't apply so why bother. There were men patients who could see and they say you can refuse but some nurses and blood drawers it doesn't apply. You are not entitled to anything as a patient
It's a pity I can't give 10 stars because this facility in MY is awesome, I was in for rehabilitation and from the nurses , the CNA's , the Therapists, food service,& housekeeping, Everyone and everything has been top notch. This has been a second home and they made me feel that way. I am left to go back home yesterday and my heart to say the least was full😪. I felt like a celebrity while there and I will miss them very much. Love you guys🩷
