4.2 · 25 reviewsI just came back from visiting my Grandma who is a resident here. She was telling me how great the staff is. And she especially loves the pop in visits from the administrator Stephanie to make sure everything is going okay. It’s the best feeling knowing my grandma is not only receiving exceptional care but that she is HAPPY! Thank you guys for all you do and the difference you make in your residents life’s as well as their families! God bless!
I give them a generous 3. Why because the every day hire employees deserve better for the exception of one. When staffing is short they call an agency for extras. Agency sit around on their phones while residents swaller in their own urine and feces. Dementia residents who cant do for themselves are left to fend for themselves. Unattended for 8 to 10 hours over night. Laundry stacks up, residents smell of feces, no hydration or snacks given. And these agency girls are not held accountable for their laziness. Its really sad 😔. For the amount of money paid you would think even mediocre care…

Beautiful facility with a great location right off of Detroit Road! Great team in place, they’ve always done well with the clients that I know have stayed there!

0 stars! This place has gone downhill. No one knows what they’re doing. Administration and Saint Therese could care less about their residents, no staff, different people every-time I come to visit my stepmother. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE. They say they care when all it is is a money grab to them. Run far away from this place!
Saint Therese needs to investigate who they have running this place! My father was here and we removed him the beginning of this month and when coming to visit my dad I would over hear administration Stephanie calling residents and her staff out of their names! Some staff would be welcoming but this place seems miserable, they hold a good image on the outside but inside and the way it’s being ran is a no go. Limited activities with barely anything to do, no one to be found in building when looking for assistance, residents don’t seem too happy either. Anytime I filed a complaint to the administration she seemed to care less and no issues were ever handled for my dad. Do better Saint Therese!

My wife and I visit weekly ,Chris,Stephanie, and Lilly are always very pleasant. My Father has been there for a few years and seems to be very happy , his room and the whole facility seem to be very clean and always decorated for holidays. We love the fact that everyone knows his name and that the facility is smaller so attention is paid to all. Ty to the whole staff and keep up the good work and atmosphere. Dan Noel
My mom has lived at the Belvedere for 2.5 years. We love the staff - there hasn’t been any turnover w the administrative and nursing staff since my mom moved in. This consistency is so helpful as they know (and love) my mom. Additionally, because they know her so well, they are able to recognize when something isn’t quite right with her. My mom has a one bedroom suite that has high ceilings and extra large windows. It doesn’t look as institutional as other assisted living communities. The location is perfect as it is very convenient to I-90. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place for my mom.
